the perfect bouquet


I think the texture of sweet peas and peonies together is so perfect it hurts. The peonies here are this close to budding. I can't wait!

    Mmmmmmmm. Peonies.... my favorite. I have shoots up in my yard, but no buds yet.

    I, too am eagerly hovering over my peony buds, just waiting for the glorious texture and scent to come spilling out. There's just something so... extravagant about them. They are one of my favorites.
